First Time Leasing II spent 6 months looking for a car. On a whim I went on Autotrader and did a quick search in my state and found a vehicle at Larry Miller Hyundai that I was interested in. I submitted my inquiry and got a call from Marisa. She was awesome, never pushy. I came in the next day and worked with Jake. Both were extremely easy to work with. The whole process was very easy. I feel like within a blink of the eye, I had a price I was comfortable with and I was driving away in the car I wanted. Even delivery was awesome. The car was "inside" in an air conditioned bay, and spotless so I could check out the car without getting heat stroke while they finalized everything. By far the lease stressful experience I've had getting a car at a dealership. Thank you. More

Amazing Customer Service I had a salesperson approach me named Marisa. She greeted me with a smile, welcomed me to the dealership, and was interested in what I needed, instead I had a salesperson approach me named Marisa. She greeted me with a smile, welcomed me to the dealership, and was interested in what I needed, instead of what she wanted to sell me. I ended up trading in my car for a new one. Marisa had everything filled out for me when I arrived at the dealership. Overall, I highly recommend Marisa, due to the fact it is hard to find a kind, honest salesperson out there who cares. I never write reviews, but this young lady deserves to get amazing feedback. Also, the gentlemen by the name of Robert, stopped by the desk we were sitting at to introduce himself and to let us know he was there if we needed anything, Customer Relations Manager, and he met us at our new car to congratulate us. He also did as he said he would by calling us the next day to ask how our experience was and to see if we needed anything. I've never had such follow up and follow through prior, during and after purchasing a vehicle. He was very pleasant also. Two both great to work with, thank you! More

Amazing car buying experience I have had only bad experiences in the past in buying cars, so I held on to my dying Santa Fe as long as I could. But after an afternoon of research, I have had only bad experiences in the past in buying cars, so I held on to my dying Santa Fe as long as I could. But after an afternoon of research, I found the most amazing dealership and the most helpful, incredible people. Marisa and Jenna at Larry H. Miller Hyundai in Peoria, Ariz., are not only talented at what they do, but they truly seem to care about people. Jenna started the process off online by helping me get pre-approved with an incredible deal, especially giving some unexpected circumstances in my past that made me think a deal with a "real dealer was out... and she helped me to sort through cars that would make sense for me - reliable but able to get to events I work at, and they happened to also be beautiful. She even answered my questions on her day off! When I arrived at the dealership, Marisa was one of the kindest and most lovely people I have ever met. She helped secure an amazing deal and a car at less than the prices I see offered for the same car elsewhere, and made each step of the process seamless. She even offered to drive me back to my old car that I was keeping as a back up for projects etc (apparently she will drive far to help people out, now that is going above and beyond!). She had all of the numbers down and was very honest and helpful, and truly loved her job in that she was helping people, as we live in a state where we cannot work or do much of anything without a car, but can struggle if we get a bad car deal. I cannot say enough about the amazing service and these two ladies. This is the best car deal financially that I could have ever expected, and the most seamless and lovely of experiences in a process I expected to be scary. Rather than running back to "ask their manager" questions about prices, or try to add on extra fees like I had experienced in the past, every cost was exactly as agreed upon, and they even offered me water and one of my favorite house fixer upper TV shows to watch in the few minutes here and there as they processed paperwork. I was there for only an hour and a half once I got to the office, including test drive to ensure which car I wanted, and all of the paperwork and review of warranty (which is also amazing and gives me peace of mind I have not had in a long time). I am so glad I found this dealership, and I am in love with my new car. Thank you so very much! More
