Knowledge is Powerful! I can't think of any human who looks forward to the "car buying experience", I certainly don't! But, this time was different. This is our 5th vehicle I can't think of any human who looks forward to the "car buying experience", I certainly don't! But, this time was different. This is our 5th vehicle purchase from Larry H. Miller Hyundai and Marisa (Balderaz) and Kyle (Stevens) actually made it kinda fun for us. Don't get me wrong...I still think we could have gotten a better deal, we'll certainly see next time; however, I'll summarize this experience with what I said to Marisa as we prepared to leave in out brand new Tucson: "I've purchased a lot of vehicles over the past 40 yeas or so and never have I dealt with an associate who was so incredibly knowledgeable and excited about the vehicle I was buying"! To be honest, I came to Marisa with a different car in mind and a little stressed about finding the car for me. She completely put me at ease about the entire process and said "if all we do is test drive today, that is ok." I also had test drives at other high pressure dealerships previously and the back and forth of wanting to sell me any car really turned me off from even looking at car dealerships. Now that I have experienced the one on one service I received from Marisa and her team, I can honestly say that it was the BEST car buying experience of my life. More
