New Elantra Was bringing in my 2012 Veloster for a tune up, walked out with a 2017 Elantra Limited. Had very strict requirements, was not shopping for a new car, Was bringing in my 2012 Veloster for a tune up, walked out with a 2017 Elantra Limited. Had very strict requirements, was not shopping for a new car, but all my requirements were met, no pushy sales, no smoke and mirrors, and am very very happy with my decision to trade up. Marisa in sales was amazing, she was in-tuned and listened to what I wanted and was able to meet my expectations and goals. Her knowledge of the cars and her job made it fast, informative and actually enjoyable. Who can say that about the car buying experience?? I cant say enough about how pleased I am with my new car. Also a plus to know I can continue bringing my car in to Daniel Darling for ongoing excellent service. Bravo guys, well done. More

Wonderful experience until we got to the end. The salesman, "Jake C" was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to our needs and wants. He searched the inventory and found examples of the 3 possible The salesman, "Jake C" was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to our needs and wants. He searched the inventory and found examples of the 3 possible choices that we wanted to check out. After making our decision, sadly the experience began to drag. It seemed the finance office took forever to get our papers ready, even though our lease was very problem free. After signing the papers, it took forever(over 3 hours) to actually be able to drive our new Tucson off the lot. Bottom line, Jake, Marisa and the finance man we're shining example of professionals and represented Larry Miller exceptionally. The employees are great, but the process needs to be tuned up. More
