I drove from Tucson to Peoria initially to save the market adjustment, but also because I had many questions answered by Edgar Garay online. When I got there early (even though I had an appointment for noon) on a Friday, I met with Marisa Balderaz and she helped me immensely. I had already made my mind up to purchase the Tucson, but she made me feel more at ease about my dealership experience. It was quite a bit different from when I bought my 2006 Impala here in Tucson since they are a non commission dealership. I was in and out in about an hour and left happy. More

This was the second Hyundai Elantra we purchased from Larry H. Miller Hyundai in 2021. Marisa again was our salesperson, and she was very organized, efficient, and helpful. Since we were coming from Mesa, we put down a deposit on the vehicle so it would be there to test drive. Everything worked out very smoothly, and we met with Marisa to inspect and test drive the vehicle. We loved it even more than first Elantra we purchased earlier in the year. We received a very good deal on the vehicle, without any "market adjustments" as many other dealers are charging. I actually thought I had done it but didn't see it on here and felt I needed to post because of how great Marisa was. We wanted an online out the door price with a trade in. I had worked in the industry and remembered the having to go back and forth. I did not want to do that. We told that to Marisa and she did just that and talked to me on the phone when I was ready. We made an over 2hr trip to see Marisa hoping once we got there we did not get the bait and switch which I had seen so many times. Even other dealers in my area told me there was no way she would give me the price she did. She had the vehicle ready. Looked at my trade, we test drove and did paperwork and did not have to renegotiate. She honored her price. We were so happy that I came back about a week later and purchased another vehicle from her. We cannot thank you for honoring what you promised and taking care of our family.
