Poor follow through Recently I was trying to buy a 2017 Hyundai Tucson Sport. I live in Yuma so had to depend on the internet to conduct business, The price had been brou Recently I was trying to buy a 2017 Hyundai Tucson Sport. I live in Yuma so had to depend on the internet to conduct business, The price had been brought down to $21,300 and I needed to stay within budget of $21,000 and that was what was offered. My last correspondence from my salesperson was 5 days ago and since that time I have sent two additional emails asking if her manager would accept my offer of $21,000 and which are on the original thread that went unanswered and ignored, Since that time the vehicle has been sold. I will never deal with this particular person again. More

It seemed rushed and did not get exactly what I thought Overall the dealer ship was good, I felt the sell and process was rushed and I did not get exactly what I thought I was going to be purchasing. I have in the last month contacted the sales person on an issue with the nitrogen tire system. The sensor system keeps coming on telling me I have low pressure in the rear passenger tire and twice in the last three weeks it has came on. I only have 1700 miles on the vehicle. Last week I texted my sales person did not hear from her so i wrote an email for someone to contact me and still have not heard from anyone so it seems that once you walk out of the dealership your relationship is over, I am going to call the dealer manager or higher if I do not here from someone soon. More
