My wife and I visited Larry Miller Hyundai Peoria as we were shopping dealership after dealership. When we’re got there we looked at each other and said we’ve found out dealership. Easy, Fast, & No Pressure, (AT ALL!!!) Even though I said it was a fast experience I must confess that for my sales person, Marisa B., it was anything but fast. You see, I kept going back o Even though I said it was a fast experience I must confess that for my sales person, Marisa B., it was anything but fast. You see, I kept going back over an 18 month period test driving Velosters, Elantra GT's, & a variety of crossovers. Poor Marisa never once complained, was always genuinely happy to see me, she put up with my whims, & I now consider her a friend. I'm a car nut, I belong to car groups, I consider myself very knowledgeable of automobiles & I have NEVER met anyone who works at a dealership selling cars who knows more about cars & finance options as Marisa. Not just Hyundai's offerings either. Everyone's offerings! Kudos to Larry H.Miller for hiring Marisa. I wish ALL dealerships treated their clients like LHM does. Marisa is kind, patient, empathetic, wickedly funny, & so very thorough. I have referred several friends who have all purchased from her. I might add that none of these people live anywhere near the Peoria location either. I must also add that when it came to the paperwork part, which everyone dreads, it could not have been any easier. Billy P., was a no pressure, no B.S. kind of guy. Informative, & also very patient with all my questions. Run, don't walk to this dealership & be sure to ask for Marisa!!! The only bad thing about this whole experience is that I won't need her help again for years now! More

Call before you go Talked and texted with Marisa which was fine. Drove 2 hrs to this dealership as they showed 20+ Palisade Limiteds in stock and we needed to see and de Talked and texted with Marisa which was fine. Drove 2 hrs to this dealership as they showed 20+ Palisade Limiteds in stock and we needed to see and decide on color. Marisa had an emergency so we got another employee whose name I can't remember. When we get there, only 2 Limiteds were available. we were walked around a large lot for nothing as the young man did:n"t know where things were. We also were looking for a Genesis G80 Sport and that was not any better. We left disappointed and had to deal with rush hour traffic in Phoenix to get back home. Call to verify what your looking for is there and available. Their Out The Door price on a G80 was not lowest so no sale. More

To Rick trinkle. My positive review wasn’t for you. When I talked to you about the staff swarming customers as they pull into the lot you had the in one ear out the other look on your face. However your staff are just doing what the management says which is you. I really wish management will stop telling their staff to vulture the customer when they get on the lot. I’m a customer. Listen to what I’m saying. That is something I do not like. The next time this happens to me I will go to the person who did not bumrush me. This is why I gave you only 1 star rating on review. You'll Be Pleasantly Surprised I just bought a Hyundai Palisade. It's a brand new model and many are bought sight unseen based on reviews or having seen one on the street or a diffe I just bought a Hyundai Palisade. It's a brand new model and many are bought sight unseen based on reviews or having seen one on the street or a different model/package. Because it's so new & hot, many dealers are adding thousands of dollars to the MSRP. Not Larry Miller Hyuandai. But that's not the best part - the best part was Marisa Balderaz - she was wonderful - knowledgeable, on the ball, and best of all - warm, friendly and truly excited to be helping find the car that I was looking for and making it work. When she saw that the one that I was looking for was going to be coming in, she immediately jumped on it and called me - you would have thought that I was the only customer in the place. In literally a matter of minutes it was a done deal. She literally said that she thought that she was more excited than I was, which is crazy. She stayed on it for 6 weeks, constantly texting to keep me up-to-speed during the process. I've bought, or have leased a ton of cars over the years (BMW's, Mercedes, Audi's, etc.) and have never experienced anything like this regardless of how much I spent or how chichi the dealership. Go to a Larry Miller dealership - and if you want a Hyundai, contact Marisa Balderaz - and you'll be writing this same review. More

Click, click, done! I went through the online purchase. I picked my car, my terms, my down payment, entered my trade, all online. Of course the internet team has to be in touch with you to ensure inventory and adjust some things for you here and there but it's pretty much fool proof. It was easy the car was brought to me I test drive signed the paperwork finance and I agreed upon and my car was left with me and my trade taken away! Will do this every time in the future! More

Straightforward I searched high and low for the perfect used car and it finally popped up on this website. I called in was given the internet price and expected it to I searched high and low for the perfect used car and it finally popped up on this website. I called in was given the internet price and expected it to be higher when I got there. It was the exact out the door I was quoted online! The car is in perfect condition and they even showed me the shop bill of all the fluids and filters getting changed at only 25k miles! I will be back when I hit my next 100k miles to trade (and for service many times in between they are great too!) More
