This was the best car buying experience I've every had. Marisa Thompson was professional,and easy to talk to about what I wanted. She didn't talk down to me and she didn't do the "baffle em with bullshit" Marisa Thompson was professional,and easy to talk to about what I wanted. She didn't talk down to me and she didn't do the "baffle em with bullshit" routine. I was treated with dignity and respect. Marisa wrote down the difference in costs and went over them with me so I could fully understand the purchase and financing. She patiently let me test drive several vehicles and didn't rush me with my decision. Before I left with my new 2010 Sport Trac she went over all the details of the truck. She also said when I am ready to learn the SNYC system to come back and she would go over everything with me - even if it was several months from now. Truly a positive experience. More
