2019 Mustang GT/CS Purchase Recently visited Five Star Ford to look for a new vehicle for my father since his truck lease was up. We went in with little expectation other than we Recently visited Five Star Ford to look for a new vehicle for my father since his truck lease was up. We went in with little expectation other than we new we'd be greeted by friendly faces. My parents have both purchased vehicles from Marisa over the past decade multiple times, and have always been satisfied with the purchases. Regardless of it being a busy Memorial Day for the dealership, we were seen quickly and the process of narrowing down a vehicle to test drive was very smooth. After test driving a 5.0 mustang my father was happy, but still wanted to look around. That's when we came across the GT/CS, and though we assumed it would take a good amount of time to go back in and take care of what was necessary to test-drive, it was all speedily taken care of. Needless to say, we look forward to continued business with the dealership in the future. Needless to say everything from Marisa's kind and honest attitude toward the process down to Joe Vazquez's handling on the financial side of things went smooth and without a hitch, making the process easy and painless. A Very Good Experience I had the occasion to deal with Joshua Fichter and Marisa as the result of an unfortunate incident. I found her to be quick to respond,even as I found out,I had texted her when she was home sick or I had contacted her when she was on her day off. I have bought Fords all of my adult life. The last truck that I had bought from a competing dealership in Grapevine,had just about soured me on the brand,not because of the truck,but the people I dealt with there. Unlike Joshua,their General Manager had no desire to hear my complaint and made only,finally a half hearted attempt to contact me. My wife will be replacing her car in the near future and I am sure the first call we make will be to Marisa. More

Great service We went to Five Star Ford with the hopes of trading in our used Chevy Colorado. We also had very specific limitations as to what we could afford and what type of vehicle we needed. Marisa Thompson worked wonders. She asked us plenty of questions to ensure she had all the info she needed and went through numerous options with us. She was up front, didn’t try to push any but, was super willing to do everything in her power to get us into something we could afford and that met our needs. She knocked it out of the park. And Tut Edwards in Finance worked even further magic to get us a good extended warranty but still have it fit within our budget. The overall experience was amazing, stress free and painless. Nothing at all like the cringe-worthy stories you hear about buying cars. I recommend Marisa Thompson if you’re in the market for a vehicle and I also recommend Tut Edwards for all the financing paperwork as he worked wonders.
