Had an issue with my driver’s side window that needed to be repaired right away. Our service advisor Mark Castleman had us bring in the car right away without an appointment (just before closing time) and t be repaired right away. A 2 hour wait for an oil change is totally unacceptable in my books! I had a 7:20 a.m. appointment and thought I would be done by 8:30 but instead I didn't get out of there until 9:40 a.m.!! Took our Kona in yesterday to be serviced. We left it for the day, and when we went to pick it up our service advisor had left for the day. He did tell us that a part needed to be ordered to f We left it for the day, and when we went to pick it up our service advisor had left for the day. He did tell us that a part needed to be ordered to fix our side mirrors. The woman at the desk beside Mark gave us our paperwork and couldn't get us out of the door fast enough. She said I don't know anything about your service, "Call Mark tomorrow." We've called Mark twice today with no response from him at all. Of all of the items on the list, they seemingly only completed one. No communication as to them holding off on the other items, just SILENCE. We drove 22 miles to this dealership because of the great service we had gotten before...service and care didn't seem to be top of mind this time around. More
