I had difficulty getting my Tucson in for service at the appointment time due to a dead battery. Appointment was rescheduled for later while I was waiting for a jump or tow. Despite the delay, work was comp appointment time due to a dead battery. Appointment was rescheduled for later while I was waiting for a jump or tow. Initially we had an appointment for scheduled service, software update on the AC, and check the front end. Do to miscommunication and conflict in our schedules, we had to make another appointment to comp software update on the AC, and check the front end. got my car in sooner than anticipated (when another dealership in town was telling me it would be 3 or 4 weeks before they could look at my car) diagnosed the problem that day, ordered parts and had it dealership in town was telling me it would be 3 or 4 weeks before they could look at my car) diagnosed the problem that day, ordered parts and had it done much quicker than i thought. Not sure what has happened to this place but the last two years service sucks. I will never go back. Everytime I leave there they never tell me if anything is wrong with my car, something is always damaged n years service sucks. I will never go back. Everytime I leave there they never tell me if anything is wrong with my car, something is always damaged now and they want you to make an appointment to have it looked at or fixed then when you get there they expect for you to leave your car for days and don’t want to give you a loaner. Mark is unprofessional and rude and so are a lot of the staff. So no I don’t recommend this place. Take your car to another Hyundai dealership. More
