A few weeks ago I received a email saying my ABS part was in. Well it was not. I received a phone call on my first appt. day while I was on my way to the dealership, so I had to make another appt. Service advisor never called me when the car was finished I finally call him and found out it was ready. When I confronted his failure he pointed at my number on an invoice and said there’s the number I call I finally call him and found out it was ready. My 2011 Elantra was scheduled for a ABS issue recall, I was noted as arrived, four minutes early, for my 8:20 am appointment. At 8:18 am Mark put the numbered tent on my car roof. Asked if I was going to was noted as arrived, four minutes early, for my 8:20 am appointment. At 8:18 am Mark put the numbered tent on my car roof. Asked if I was going to wait, I said no as the scheduler said the work would take 4 hours. Mark said absolutely not that long just a hair over ninety minutes, Mark called, my car was ready.
