I couldn't be more satisfied with our choice, or the service. No matter what you buy, Mel will give you 5-star service, considering everything to make the experience as seamless as possible! I see no reason to buy a car anywhere else! I would like to add Larry, from the body shop, to this review because he took in my poor demolished car, to assess the damage and took time to talk to me about it. It was in such bad shape, it was a waste of time for my insurance company to have it towed there. He didn't make it feel like an inconvenience to him at all. But, I have to say, this was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had! I drove over and Jason already had the key for the vehicle we had already discussed. He was with another customer but had already gotten Mel Seibel (Salesman) to take care of me so that I would not have to wait. Mel was awesome, and love his sense of humor! He took all the time I needed with no pressure at all. Between Mel and Jason, the whole experience was really great! Jimmy Truong, my finance guy was really awesome too! There was no high pressure and he worked to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible. Overall, it was a really WONDERFUL experience and I will definitely recommend Five Start Ford, Jason, Mel, and Jimmy to anyone that is looking for a vehicle! As one might imagine, leasing a vehicle is a complete different experience opposed to buying/financing, so I had a lot of hesitation initially. David Deger and his entire team made the experience a very positive one. I have been advised by friends to not purchase a Ford product, everyone has their own loyalties, and truth be told, if not for the friendly, knowledgeable team at 5 Star, I may have crumbled to the will of well meaning friends (as I have had some negative experiences with Ford vehicle performance over the years) and sought after a Honda, Nissian or Chevy, just for something new. HOWEVER, I am a loyal FORD customer, and this falls entirely on the staff at 5 Star Ford - N Richalnd Hills, to David Deger and his team! I will recommend this dealership to all my well meaning friends and family! David took the time to answer all my questions fully, he made me feel comfortable, and shared his knowledge and his own buying experiences with me as if I were family.
