Our pre-owned F250 needed some work completed on it for us prior to and post delivery to make sure it was perfect. Doreen was in constant contact with the service department and made sure our vehicle was well taken care of and was returned to us in a timely manner. The sales manager was also following up with the service department and kept us up to date as to when it would be ready. When the time comes for me to purchase another vehicle we will be buying it from Doreen at 5 Star Ford. More

We felt like we were treated fairly in getting the best price for our trade-in and on the new truck we were purchasing. There were a few minor blemishes on the truck we were buying and these were addressed right away and could not even tell they had been there. "The Fredddie finance Experience" was a very good one. His knowledge of the products offered along with our purchase was great. again we felt like we got the best service. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure this was a pleasant experience!! With their experience, friendliness, and overall great customer service they had turned any worry I had in buying a car into a very pleasant experience for me. They didn't suggest anything that was way out of my price range, or pressure me into anything that I was uncomfortable with. They had picked out cars that were exactly what I was looking for, and ultimately let me know that whatever I was comfortable with was what I should get.
