We had been searching for a new salesman since the one our family has used for years passed away, and were hoping the local dealership would be it, but we were disappointed. We had a very poor dealership locally so decided to give 5-Star a try. We emailed Jesus Valles about the Explorer we saw on the website, and within hours of asking for information, we had it in our email. Within a week of asking for details Jesus had us behind the wheel. We drove 10 hours, across state lines, to purchase the vehicle from Jesus at 5-Star simply because of the customer service we received. From the initial contact to the drive off the lot it was a FANTASTIC experience. We have found our new Ford house. Jesus is our guy, and this dealership rocks so hard we will drive 10 hours to buy from them EVERY TIME. More
