I have a Service Plan with another Dealership, and my Representatives, Michael V and Cliff L, were willing to take a look at it and see what could be worked out to use it here as well. The Parts Department has lots of Jeep related merchandise and off road equipment and supplies. Super nice that there are free snacks, coffee machine, and popcorn in the waiting area. I liked the text updates about the status of my Jeep during the service process. Mike and Cliff were able to apply my Service Plan. Overall, great experience, and i would definitely come back to Larry H. Miller Jeep for my service needs when back in the area. More

One question though: on Part B of the invoice (“Rotate Tires”), cost $29.95, there’s a mechanic’s “footnote” that says “did not rotate tires due to noted tire thread depth”. On 9-16-22 I scheduled my Jeep Galdiator in for a recall and additional maintenance of oil change, tires rotation and balance. Earliest appointment was 11am and was told may take all day because of the extr and additional maintenance of oil change, tires rotation and balance. Earliest appointment was 11am and was told may take all day because of the extra work. Really?! I dropped it off at 8:30am And was Uber’ed home since I had to go to work. Turned out It was finished earlier than expected around noon so I told the service advisor I’d pick it up in the morning. Wish I’d never done that. Invoice shows milage in/out are identical but my odometer showed it was driven for 20 miles since I’d last dropped it off. The AC had been adjusted and the music switched to SiriusXM Radio. Thanks a lot Mr. service advisor. That’s wear and tear on my vehicle I’ll never get back again, fuel, and music subscription. Great job stealing from your customers. Must be nice to be able to take customer’s vehicles home for a change. More
