I needed a new car due to an accident. I have owned a Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and a Genesis. I was determined to purchase locally rather than driving to Jacksonville or Daytona. I visited all of the local dealerships and Bozard was my final stop. From the moment I was met by Mike Jones, I could tell the difference. Mike was so helpful explaining all the differences in the cars I was considering. I was so impressed with all the Lincoln benefits and the service they provide. When Mike explained that Bozard had mobile units which come to your home for basic maintenance and a fleet of loaner cars if my car needed a part or more work is required. The car I wanted was not on the lot, but he found it for me and did a dealer trade. It was such a pleasure working with Mike and I look forward to a great relationship with Bozard Ford.
