They were knowledgeable about their inventory and took the time to understand our needs and preferences. Although we came in knowing what car we wanted . Our salesperson went above and beyond showing us video of the car the night before and They provided us with all the information I needed, including detailed specifications and pricing details. They were also transparent about any additional costs or fees. The negotiation process was fair and transparent.
