Let me start with I didn't NEED another car and I would sooner have a root canal without novocaine than than buy a car or cell phone. I found a car I had been looking at for years with low miles and tho sooner have a root canal without novocaine than than buy a car or cell phone. I found a car I had been looking at for years with low miles and thought what the heck inquire about it. I had been pre-approved for an auto loan and Bozard was one of the dealerships on their "preferred" list. Nick Ray reached out (via text) and answered my questions. He asked what I wanted to do and I was going to trade my current car and I wanted my payments below. The next day I got a text from Nick letting me know he found a lender with a better interest rate than my pre-approval and a payment I wanted. I looked over the paperwork signed it online and made an appointment to test-drive it the next day. There was NO pressure to purchase any warranty or extras. The day came I drove 2 hours to St. Augustine and walked into the dealership Nick met me with the key and temp tag. We went out looked over the car and drove it. He explained all the bells and whistles I signed the DMV paperwork and I was on my way to have lunch with my best friend. I was at the dealership for less than an hour and it would have been much if we hadn't talked about my hearse (my dream car as a kid & no it wasn't my trade-in). I called Larry up at Bozard Ford told him exactly what I wanted, down to the payments and everything. He immediately got to work.
