Slow service I've already looked at the car the day before so I already know what i was getting. Got there, test drove it right away. So i was very happy with my sales rep Nick Ray, except when we had to wait for financial process. We waited few hours just for that (with 2 kids). No follow up nor anyone giving us any status on how long its going to be. We were very frustrated that i had to go asked the manager side of the booth and still we had to wait (again) until Nick came back and had to grab someone to start the financial process. We got there about 2:40 and left almost 7pm. We were thinking about leaving and just forget about it but didn't because we didn't want to be rude. I've heard so many good things about this Bozard but my experience was very disappointing at least on the financial side. So many employees walking and sitting around (with no customers), how about adding more stuff at the financial side especially on the weekends?!. More

Going Above and Beyond Bozard Lincoln was amazing from the very start. I put myself in a bit of a bind as my lease was already overdue prior to me contacting the dealership Bozard Lincoln was amazing from the very start. I put myself in a bit of a bind as my lease was already overdue prior to me contacting the dealership and I was driving a Buick so there wasn't any inside incentive for them to take care of me. I was considering a new 2018 Lincoln MKZ to change it up from getting another Buick and I am an online kind of guy so I did my research, looked at the features, build and price the whole nine. Unfortunately for me Bozard didn't have the MKZ you know with the motor I wanted, specific exterior and interior color the Sunroof but not the retractable moonroof with the Ultima Revel Sound system etc.. etc.. you get the picture. They quickly offered to run a search and as my luck would have it none in the state of Florida. Nick built the car with me at his dealer, I placed the order, they locked the rate so the deal incentives could only get better but not worst. Then they provided me a Loaner vehicle for the entire duration my vehicle took from being placed in the computer until it arrived on the lot. When I arrived at the dealer to pick it up the vehicle it was clean, ready to go and exactly what I ordered. I had an 11am appointment with Rick Garcia in Finance and was promptly ushered to his office. He was informative, efficient, honest, and very customer oriented providing me with the products I needed to protect myself rather than to sell me things I didn't need. I can't express enough how awesome this car buying experience was, thank you to my friends at Bozard, I have already recommended a friend and will definitely be buying my Wife's next vehicle there as her lease will be up soon. Best experience hands down!! More
