It amazes me that a majority of the dealerships out there still try to use that high pressure "how can we put you in this car today" BS. But Ollie with determination and a big smile persisted, calling other dealerships in the franchise she located the perfect vehicle for my wife. The whole experience from start to finish was very pleasant, from our sales person to the finance dept we were always greeted with a smile and a handshake and a willingness to help get the deal completed. The will have my business from this point going forward, a no pressure approach from the sales staff made what I thought was going to be a bad experience and made it memorable one.
