Our previous wonderful Salesperson, Marisa Thompson, was promoted at Five Star, so for the first time, we worked with Salesperson Ollie Jackson. Ollie went above and beyond to meet the requests we wanted in our new vehicles. She felt it was very important to make us happy and to me that brings back a customer. She also took the time to get to know us and offered services at Five Star to help us learn how to work certain parts of the cars. I personally requested Anthony Snyder to do our paperwork for financing. Anthony always greets you with a smile and makes you feel good about your purchase when you leave. Great car buying experience I did all of my research for what I was looking for on the internet prior to visiting car lots. I knew what truck I was looking for and what it should cost me. Ollie Jackson contacted me because I had used the Truecar.com site and she had a couple of truck similar to what I was looking for. She actually sent me pictures, window sticker and her pricing on the trucks so that I could check them out before coming in to the dealership. After I had made up my mind which one I wanted I met her at the dealership already knowing what I was getting and the price I would pay for it. There was no haggling over pricing the initial price she quoted me was more than acceptable. The whole process was quick and painless. After the sale was complete Jimmie Mathews did the orientation on my new truck and showed me how to connect my phone to the truck and explained how the Sync system worked with my phone. He knew the Sync system inside out. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Ford car or truck. More

We also have bought a 2011 F-350 4x4 truck to pull our RV, and a 2003 Ford Explorer (for my son) in the past 24 months. I was driving a 2013 Honda Pilot, which I loved. There was no pressure to buy - just the facts and helpfulness. Ollie is simply FABULOUS to work with! She tells you what you want and/or need to know about the vehicle and then lets you decide. In the Finance Dept. Tut Edwards is your best friend. While he won't pressure you, he does throw suggestions or his thoughts out there for you to consider and decide on. After telling me some information about my financing, he said "just let that marinate for a moment", meaning "think about what I just said and then you (the customer) tell me what you want to do". Very helpful and down to earth. More

She understood our needs and worked through the sales process faster than we have ever experienced and it was a very busy day with school starting back up. Anthony Snyder in Finance was great as usual as we have purchased several vehicles in the past. We just love our new truck and we love 5 Star Ford.
