It can be a nervous and intimidating process, as I haven't purchased a new vehicle personally in many years, so I took my brother with me, but your entire staff, and mainly our Rep, Ollie Jackson, could not have done a better job at putting me at ease and feeling comfortable about the entire process. They were all incredible. So much so, that my brother and his wife, we own Fords also, but live in Dallas, took Ollie's business cards and the other staff who assisted, and said that they were going to drive over to Ft. Worth to this location for the next time they are ready to purchase their next vehicles. Believe me, that says a lot. Everyone there who helped in the process was just so genuine, it gave me a new perspective for sure. I deal with fleet vehicles at work and deal with 'salesy' people often that don't always seem sincere, but this experience was the complete opposite. They were the best. More
