Excellent service. Went in for oil change, 19 pt. inspection, tire rotation and check for noise under the hood. I arrived a little early for my 1:00pm appt., was greeted by Piper Bueno who immediately processed me in, my car taken back to service right away. The noise turned out to be a problem with the R&R belt, tensioner and idler pulley. Marsha Nelson quickly let me know the problem and how long it would take to repair. The cust. waiting area is comfortable and I didn't have a long wait even though it was a busy day. Marsha and Piper were fast, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. They are what makes a business and keeps customers coming back. More

The staff in both sales and service are helpful and understanding. A year ago, I took on running a marching band competition at our High School. I contacted Bozard to ask if they would allow us to use trucks to pull trailers and equipment for the entire day. An immediate yes was their answer and they provided beautiful and clean trucks and even let us use one of their pop up tents at the event. This year I sent an email and another immediate yes - they are truly an A class service operation. I recommend them to anyone I can! More

Needed service got what I wanted Short wait to get in the garage - From there all requests were met. Oil change tires rotated all fluids checked some topped off. not totally happy I have excellent servcie at the FastLane but this time I needed actual repair and went to regular service dept. They were very nice with providing fr I have excellent servcie at the FastLane but this time I needed actual repair and went to regular service dept. They were very nice with providing free loaner for my Lincoln MKS however I was surprised in this day of overnight delivery they could not get my parts in for 3 days. Then while they said car would be ready on Tuesday no one had called me by 4 PM on tuesday and I had to call my self only to be told it was NOT ready. Then on Wed no one had called my by 11 and I had to call again. My service rep Piper was fairly good about texting me however she was not available when I called. Then when it was finally ready I told her I would be there to pick up in an hour and when I got there she was not there and the car was not waiting for me and had Not been washed which it had been when I bring for oil change. Just not as enjoyable an experience like when I take it to FastLane More
