If I could give a 0 star review I would. Rick Dike is a horrible excuse for a sales rep. I brought my truck into service Thursday, which that has been a great experience. I had my service rep reach out to sales, he connected with Rick. No calls or follow up from Rick. Monday, again hadn't heard back so I reached out to my service advisor. Rick finally reached out, explained what I would like to accomplish. Tuesday, I finally get some numbers, and ask about a different truck. He sends me a response stating he went as low as he could on the first truck he sent me and completely ignored the fact I wanted to look at something different. After being ignored most of the day, I reached out to sales manager. Shortly after Rick, sends me a text to which I politely responded, I feel like we are not connecting well, I'm sorry. He calls me, and goes off on me. Was completely rude and unprofessional. Would not let me explain, he just did not care as to how his actions and initiation led me to wanting to work with someone else. After several times trying to de-escalate the situation, I had to tell him he was out of line. At which point he rudely continued on for a moment and hung up on me. He also informed me he does not have a manager and no one else could get me a better deal than him. The amount of ego that came out of this man because this situation was not working well and I wanted to work with someone else was disgusting. Rick Dike get's 0 stars. My service advisor and the sales manager who fielded the complaint get 5 stars. Unfortunately, Rick's poor behavior was enough for me to write this 1 star review. Avoid this rude and egotistical sales advisor. Also his apology did not even address his rude and unprofessional behavior on the phone. More

We are a small business that operates out of Parker County and surrounding areas. We were looking to add another F-250 to our current fleet of (2). In a span of 1 week, twice we located via the interne County and surrounding areas. We were looking to add another F-250 to our current fleet of (2). In a span of 1 week, twice we located via the internet, several stock #’s showing trucks available and then contacted the Ford dealership (not 5 Star) located in Parker County that we bought our previous F-250 from and I personally have purchased many vehicles from in the last 15 years. We were told that these were sold already and offered a different model of F-250/350. We then contacted another Ford dealership in White Settlement that was a complete disaster filled with lack of knowledge, price gouging and complete disrespect. Using CarPro.com/certified-dealer-search we were immediately put in touch with the closest dealer that would turn out to be an absolute dream when it comes to a no hassle, streamlined approach to buying a new car/truck. Rick Dike was our sales consultant and he went to bat for us right away.
