My experience with 5 Star was incredible. I set an appointment with Rick for a Saturday morning, and when I arrived he had already pulled the truck I was leaning toward off the lot. In fact, he had it brought in from another dealer for my appointment so I could drive exactly what I was looking for. The numbers were all straightforward and he made it easy to take the deal. Bob in finance was just as good, making sure I knew what I was getting and what I was paying. I walked in with an old truck, and walked out 3 hours later with a brand new F-150 that had everything I was looking for. I was referred to the dealership by Jerry Reynolds, the Car Pro. They found exactly what I was looking for even though they had to get it from another dealership. They started with a price that was well below MSRP and then subtracted the financing incentives from that. I bought a F-350 DRW. They gave me the price ahead of time and I called a few other dealerships to compare it. The finance department was also very helpful explaining what the cheapest options were for the purchase. When I left with the truck, they had also filled the tank. Great group of guys. More

We examined the dealer's website, Edmunds.com, and intellichoice.com. We figured out what we wanted, the features we absolutely wanted, and what we wanted to pay. I hate car dealers. Very pleasant experience in buying our new F250 2012 Super Duty Truck. Everyone was very knowledgable about the vehicles, features, pricing, and financing. Overall Experience would have been great except the trade in value offered on our 2003 F250 was only average $4,000. After seeing the 2003 on your website for used truck listed at $10,433. I understand everyone has to make a profit, but that is a little over the top. I will recommend Five Star Ford to others but with a warning if they are trading in a vehicle. More

This was our 3rd car purchase through Rick Dike; the only sales rep we've done business with in the last 11 yrs. Although it's been 9 yrs since our last purchase, when I contacted Rick on Wed 11/16/11, he remembered that we live in Flower Mound.
