Five Star Ford has taken the dread out of car shopping for me. My recent purchase of a new Expedition was my second Expedition purchase from Five Star and I can't imagine that (1) I will ever drive ANYTHI for me. I had an appt. with Terry and Rick and both were waiting for me (if they weren't, they sure made me think they were!) and we went right to work. They presented a number of options but never pressured me. I am thrilled with the vehicle and pleased with the experience...which was relatively fast and totally painless. My wife was wanting a larger vehicle so we went in to look at the new Explorer. We meet with Tut and he showed us around - retrieved the keys for the Explorer and took if for a ride. Next we drove a Flex - my wife fell in love with this SUV - not so much for the looks but for the room inside and the drive. Tut and the team made the whole experience a pleasure.
