Before my visit to Five Star Ford i made an appointment with Rick Dike to test drive a 2011 mustang GT. Rick was very informative about what cars were on the lot and where they were located as to which opt with Rick Dike to test drive a 2011 mustang GT. Rick was very informative about what cars were on the lot and where they were located as to which options they had installed. 15 minutes later i was test driving the vehicle and loving every minute of it. While i was on the test drive Rick had my currect vehicle appraised and by the time i had returned from the test drive he had a perfect offer for my situation. I had told them to not wash the car seeing as it was coming a down pour outside and they had it detailed anyway :). I would most definatly reccommend not only Rick Dike but this dealership for any and all new and used vehicle purchases. Thanks Rick and Five Star Ford i couldnt be happier with my purchase More

Overall a good experience with Five Star Ford NRH. Very easy transaction. Rick Dike was helpful. But I really enjoyed the finance guy, Anthony. He was very helpful and made the paper signing process alo easy transaction. Rick Dike was helpful. But I really enjoyed the finance guy, Anthony. Buying a car for me gives me that same feeling as going to the dentist! You know its needed but you just HATE to go. I have to say that under the leadership of Terry Rich, this dealership is THE MOST PLE to the dentist! You know its needed but you just HATE to go. I have to say that under the leadership of Terry Rich, this dealership is THE MOST PLEASANT to work with. I LOVE my car. I LOVED the experience. I swore I would never own a Ford car but have since decided to give Ford a chance after the federal bailout for all the other American made car dealers. Ford was NOT included in that bailout because they are obviously a fiscally responsible corporation. My husband and I have purchased trucks from Terry Rich in the past so Terry knew of my feeling on Ford passenger cars. I am sure he was as surprised as I was that I made that call to him! Terry also knew that my past vehicles were Acuras and BMWs but he asked me to try out the Edge. I did and now I am the owner of the most comfortable vehicle I have ever owned.
