Five Star Ford is fantastic! The salespeople are courteous and attentive but not overbearing. They helped select what I wanted in my new truck and even though they didn't exactly what I desired on t courteous and attentive but not overbearing. A technical specialist showed me how to use my navigational system and invited me to a training session to learn all the features of my truck's technology. The financing department was helpful, courteous and friendly. They gave me a reasonable value on my trade-in and offered me a deal at a good price. I couldn't be happier with my purchasing experience and plan to return when I need another vehicle. I give Five Star a genuine five star rating! More

Not my first new vehicle but by far my best new vehicle buying experience. I spoke with Rick Dike at Five Star Ford about a new Ford F150 and the options I wanted. The staff at Five Star Ford go above and beyond in customer service. I have been to many dealers and can honestly say this dealership is clearly the best. Was referred to this dealership by my boss so I found a vehicle I liked online, called to see if it was still in stock and made the drive over. Walked in and asked for Rick Dike who met me out front. He asked which one I liked, got the keys and said give it a spin. I test drove it, liked it and was ready to buy. He wrapped it all up for me nice and neat and I was off to financing. I had the pleasure of meeting Anthony who (very important) was the fastest finance guy I've ever dealt with. No hidden fees, heres what you're paying for, please sign here... Done and done. When I say "fast" I don't mean get outta my office, you're bothering me. He knew I was in a hurry and he didn't waste my time. I think cleaning the vehicle was the longest part of the whole experience. Five Star is the best and I will use them again!!! Ask for Rick and Anthony specifically. More

My son visited 3 large dealership in the meteroplex and couldn't get approved. Rick Dike listen to my son about what he was wanting. Even though the other dealership were wanting $3000. down and a co sign couldn't get approved. Rick Dike listen to my son about what he was wanting. Even though the other dealership were wanting $3000. down and a co signer to get my son approved. Rick got him approved in one day with no co signer and $1000 down! Rick didn't push anything on him and made his 1st vehicle purchase a piece of cake. Rick was very nice and helpful, honesty about everything. In the finance department Anthony made everything run very smooth. Anthony treated us like he had known us forever. I recommend everyone to come and buy a car from Rick Dike. We've shopped around and Rick always gives us the best deal. We've been buying Fords for over 30 years. I can't remember how many but it has been alot. This is a very friendly place. Our experience here was very positive. Everyone was nor only friendly but also very helpful. Buying a new vehicle can usually push the anxiety button, but this didn't happ very positive. Everyone was nor only friendly but also very helpful. Buying a new vehicle can usually push the anxiety button, but this didn't happen at this dealership. Terry Rich is a very personable individual with whom we had a delightful visit. Rick Dike was like an expert but not pushy or obnoxious like you see in a lot of expert sales people. He took care of my wife and I like we were close family members. Anthony Snyder was extremly friendly and once again his expertise in handling the financing was very easy and non-stressful. Lee Clanton was very helpful in trying to get our new vehicle registered on-line to get it 'in sync'. But, the web site was experincing some problems. So, Lee is going to take some of his personal time and come over to my house to set us up. Wow. Is there any other places where that would happen? Two days later we received a survey call from a young lady who was very friendly and respectful. Overall our experience with was very good.
