This was the best experience that I have ever had buying a new vehicle. I appreciate it that upper management was involved in getting me to a long time sales person/employee of the company who handled this a new vehicle. Everything went smoothly. The most important thing to me is value, i.e. getting what I wanted for the best possible price, and I believe I got value in this transaction. Additionally I was introduced to very competent service person in the service department who answered all of my maintenance questions. The coffee bar was very nice and appropriate for customer use. The show room floor was clean enough to "eat off of" as the saying goes. The ladies restroom was very, very clean and nice. Lastly, my wife and I were escorted to the owner's office where we were introduced and treated very graciously by a person who is obviously an annointed Christian man. That was the icing on the cake for me and most likely the main reason that this dealership is so successful. These people know what they are doing and treat the customer very well. More

June 2010: After test driving a vehicle on Thursday I went home and sent Rick an offer via e-mail. Rick responded quickly and I accepted his counter offer that evening. My total time investment in the deal was probably no more than 2 hours (test drive, negotiation, purchase, pick-up). The deal was quick, clean, and I negotiated a good price via e-mail. Five Star Ford is fantastic! The salespeople are courteous and attentive but not overbearing. A technical specialist showed me how to use my navigational system and invited me to a training session to learn all the features of my truck's technology. The financing department was helpful, courteous and friendly. They gave me a reasonable value on my trade-in and offered me a deal at a good price. I couldn't be happier with my purchasing experience and plan to return when I need another vehicle. I give Five Star a genuine five star rating! More

Was referred to this dealership by my boss so I found a vehicle I liked online, called to see if it was still in stock and made the drive over. Walked in and asked for Rick Dike who met me out front. I had the pleasure of meeting Anthony who (very important) was the fastest finance guy I've ever dealt with. No hidden fees, heres what you're paying for, please sign here... Done and done. When I say "fast" I don't mean get outta my office, you're bothering me. He knew I was in a hurry and he didn't waste my time. My son visited 3 large dealership in the meteroplex and couldn't get approved. Rick Dike listen to my son about what he was wanting. Even though the other dealership were wanting $3000. down and a co sign couldn't get approved. Rick Dike listen to my son about what he was wanting. Rick didn't push anything on him and made his 1st vehicle purchase a piece of cake. Rick was very nice and helpful, honesty about everything.
