I bought my Ford Escape at Five Star Ford NRH and the entire staff has been professional and kind and have gone above and beyond from oil changes to repairs and correcting an issue with my warranty!! A special thanks to Ron Baron for updating me daily and providing a loaner while everything was being taken care of!! He was so kind and professional!! Also a special Thanks to MM Ross for taking care of the warranty and repairs and showing me I really can trust them to make me a Very Satisfied customer!!! I also want to thank Nick Hernandez for always doing a great job taking care of my oil changes and his kind and professional personality! I cannot express enough how happy and blessed they made me with my recent repairs!!! THANK YOU!! I can’t Forget to mention the ladies at the front desks and their kindness and of course the complimentary cookies!!
