Not just another number I purchased a new 2018 F150, subsequently the engine failed two weeks after purchase. The dealership did a great job in keeping in contact with me, I purchased a new 2018 F150, subsequently the engine failed two weeks after purchase. The dealership did a great job in keeping in contact with me, although the parts were hard to get from Ford, due to the truck being so new, They were finally able to get the new engine and get it installed, however during testing there was some kind of failure with the new engine. I met with Joshua Fichter, the dealership's general manager, and he immediately went to work on getting me a new truck. I dealt with Robert Morgan - service director, Johnny Tisdale -service drive manager, Ezra McDaniel - service advisor and two other advisors Ron Baron and Odie Terry. Everyone was very understanding and did everything to make a bad situation as pleasant as it could be. They really made me feel like my business mattered even though they are a very high volume dealer, I never felt like I was just a number to them. They empathized as if it was them in my situation and did everything within there control to make me happy. At no time did I ever feel like the dealership did anything wrong, I was just the person in a bad situation. I can't stress enough how important the general manager, Joshua Fichter made me feel as thought my business and satisfactions were of the utmost importance. They have proven that when you have a legitimate problem they are in the trenches fighting for their customers to make it right. That is why they have earned my highest respect and a customer for life. Many individuals could have found all the bad in this situation, but Five Star Ford, North Richland Hills, worked so hard on my behalf there was no way I had any room to complain. No customer service We took a company truck over to be worked on we were about 20 cars back and had about 20 behind us. We waited in line about 35-40 minutes and all the cars and trucks in front of us and behind us were taken care of before us. Then service could not get our truck repaired and we couldn't get any answers. Finally after about a week and a half we did get our truck back. I was looking for a truck so I ask about a truck on the lot and liked it. I gave the salesman all my information and told him where I needed to be and if he could get there on payments I would buy the truck. I was contacted and told I qualified for the truck and sent all the required paperwork to Five Star Ford. We agreed that I could come in at 5:00 pm and pick up the truck. When I arrived I was told the truck had sold. Then I was told to sign the papers and I could buy it from under the man who had just bought it! That is just not right. Kind of underhanded to customers.I agreed to drive another truck and liked it and told them where I needed the payments to be and we could not reach an agreement. The salesman was GREAT he did everything he could to make a deal work and was very nice.The interest rate they told me the best they could get was 10%. I did not buy the truck because we were about 100.00 dollars to high on the payment. The next day i did buy a truck at another Ford Dealer about 10 miles away from 5 Star and it was even more than the one at 5 Star and my payments were right where they needed to be and my interest rate is 4.95%. Just a little bit of effort goes a long way. I have always been a Ford person and hope to continue to be.dealer and will continue to buy Ford. More

The sales personnel, Crystal and John were truly interested in my best purchase. They went out of their way several times to go over the top with a stress free sales experience. Even the finance end with Jimmy was stress free. I have been bring my previous car for service for several years. My service adviser, Ron Baron is awesome as well. I have told several people about my experience with Five Star NRH as they were looking to buy another brand of car, now they are re-considering and thinking about taking their business to Five Star NRH. I love this dealership, everyone you come in contact with is awesome! More

It didn't suck, I liked it! We just purchased our third vehicle from Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. We have been dealing with them for about ten years now and cannot cite one negative experience with anyone in that dealership and we have been customers not only in sales but service also. Even dealing with the finance department was a joy. Mark Lancaster has been our salesman for the last two vehicles and has gained our implicit trust when it comes to vehicle purchases. Ron Baron in service has been our go to guy for the last several years and has proven to be honest and faithful in his dealings with us. Tut Edwards helped us to finance this newest automobile and kept us laughing the entire time. I would recommend Five Star Ford to anyone. More

(Malfunctioning Throttle body) I limped it to the nearest Ford deal which was Five Star. Walked in and explained the situation and was told it couldn't be looked at until Tuesday. So I then called the Dealer I bought the truck from (Will leave unnamed) and was told the same thing. After a few minutes on the phone with no resolve I was meet outside Five Star by THE MAN. Ron came out, listened to my story (Third time telling it) and got to work. Located the part on site and put me on the schedule. I gave him my truck at 7am this morning as requested and he had it back at 5pm. Just like he said he would try, Thank you Ron and your team at Five Star. When the new Bronco comes out tell them to call me and you can take the commission. Thanks again, Eddie Robleski More
