Ryan was great and met all needs until my car was off the lot hard to get ahold of after the purchase was complete. It was the worse experience I have ever had in a car dealership. I really feel like the practices are dishonest and almost felt like I was a hostage. Ryan is cool, unfortunately the sales manager put me underf heavy pressure, dispite saying no to the deal several times. Every time I said no with a reason for not buying, he came back with a reason why I couldn't pass on the deal. I thought the sales manager was looking out for my best interest but once I reread my paperwork I feel the opposite. I am happier with my Kona than I was with the Ioniq5, but I don't like the extra expense to get here. I'm not candy coating anything I feel, you asked now I'm giving you my feelings. Dealerships can't ask for "10's" across the board when they only give 5's. If I receive another review request it's going to be scathing. More
