Aaron worked closely with me to find the car I was looking for, with all the options I wanted and in the right color, and most importantly at the right price. They had a car at the dealership that fit the bill but someone got in before me and bought it. When Aaron called to give me the bad news he offered to find me a car just like it, and he did just that. Aaron found the car right away at another dealer and 5 Star was able to trade vehicles with the other dealer. Aaron communicated with me every step of the way until I picked up the car at 5 Star. When I arrived at 5 Star to pick up the car Aaron was with another customer who was running late. Instead of making me wait around for him he had his associate, Sam Limo, help me in finishing up the paperwork and delivering the car. Great service!!!!! More

Sam was very responsive and kept in contact with me over the course of a few weeks while I was trying to decide on a vehicle and speaking with various other dealers to find the best price. In the end, Sam and Five Star Ford gave me the most car for my money and decided to make the purchase through them. A local dealer had a similar vehicle priced very closely but the MSRP at Five Star was $2000 more. I emailed Sam on a Monday letting him know what car I wanted (2016 Fusion w/ Terracotta package). Then he told me that it had been sold over the weekend. Let’s say I was a little disappointed. Sam said he would look around at other dealers and see if he could find one for me that was similar. I also started looking. We ended up finding the same one and Sam said he would work on getting it over to Five Star. At this point I was ready to just call the other dealer and do it myself but Sam said, “Be patient with me.” He was right. Within a few hours he confirmed that he could get the car and I could pick it up the next day and we settled on a price. I live about 3 hours away from Fort Worth and drove the next day, Tuesday. When I got to the dealership Sam said there was an issue with the rebates and I couldn’t use both of them. I thought this was typical car dealership tactics and that the price we agreed upon the day before would not be honored. Sam worked with his manager and made it work. Sam never once asked me to come up in price and made sure he honored our agreed upon price. Total time in the dealership was around two hours and the process was painless and I never felt pressured into purchasing any “extras.” If I’m buying a Ford in the future, I’ll go see Sam again. They were both very helpful and accommodating, never applying any pressure whatsoever. After I had committed to buy it, they ran it through the shop to make sure everything was OK. Well, they found a couple of things that needed to be taken care of, and they took care of them, before they would let me take the car. They could have let them slide by, but they didn't. You can count me as a happy customer. More

Everything was as promised, with no games played and no "I need to check with the sales manager" stuff. I was in and out in a little over an hour. Several of my friends have also purchased and leased cars there. In particular, Sam Limo has always been my "go to" guy and he's been extremely professional, friendly and efficient. My wife even commented on how nice and friendly he was. While Sam was off one day, Sherri Goodwin took over and she was equally nice, efficient and friendly and we enjoyed dealing with her as well. Freddie Valdovinos, who is now in finance, was professional, helpful and courteous. The dealership is convenient, clean and the selection is very nice! I would highly recommend Sam Limo and Five Star Ford. More
