Sherri and Sam were patient as we looked for a vehicle that was exactly what I built online. We were considering doing an order to get what I wanted. They pulled three trucks off the lot for me to look at and drive. They answered all my questions and provided reasonable options to consider. In the end, I found a vehicle using the online inventory search, just one, that was nearly exactly what I had built online. I went back the next day and they let me see it and drive it. I decided to purchase it instead of ordering one. I am pretty fussy about things and no one lost patience or tried to tell me what to do, that would have been the "kiss of death" anyway. There were no hassles at all. They listened to what I wanted and did their best to comply. I worked with Sherri and Sam the last time so they were familiar with my idiosyncrasies. I also educate myself about the vehicles I want to purchase and Sherri is good about not following some script and making sit through explanations I don't need or want. I want to be respected for being an intelligent buyer and I don't need any hand holding. I ask questions when I have them and sometimes know some features that the sales people may not be familiar with. Sherri and Sam give me appropriate space to do my own independent evaluation and make my decisions. They are well informed and would be able to go into depth with any customer that needs and wants that level of attention. My vehicle, for some stupid reason, did not have any incentives from Ford. I think everyone was a little surprised and I am confident they tried to find anything available from Ford. I am a bit unhappy with Ford about this but it has no reflection on the dealership or their people. I have 500 miles on the truck now in just a few days. The aftermarket department, Leann and Sam, got the Weathertech mats, spray in bedliner and the rolling tonneau cover installed the day after we took delivery. I really liked Leann's courtesy and attention to my concerns. I want to mention "Tutman" in finance. He is a character, in a good way. I can't say I have ever remembered any of the finance people I have met but he is memorable. I was in a hurry so we had to interrupt the paperwork and come back. He is funny and there were no hassles. I don't know how they schedule the finance guys but I would suggest you ask for him to do your paperwork, he is A++. Sam is an excellent representative of the company and makes the whole process as easy and friendly as possible. The prices and the friendliness of this dealership are hands down the best I've ever dealt with. I have recommended Sam and 5 Star Ford to friends and family and even to my Corp office and we are now using them to service our fleet trucks as well. When it's time for us to buy another car we will be coming back and will hopefully be dealing with Sam again. He has followed up with us to confirm that we are happy with our Expedition and continues to let us know that if there's anything we need he'll be there for us. As for the financing Kenneth Wilder was a pleasure to work with. He was very personable and explained all our options and was very thorough. This part is never fun but he had us in and out in a flash and we felt very confident in what we were signing and receiving in return. More

We had gone to Five Star Ford to look at a replacement F J Cruiser, as ours was totaled because of a tree falling on it during the tornado on Mothers Day 2015..Sam (our salesman) was trying to work a deal for us but we just couldn't come to terms. As we weren't set on a specific replacement Sam clicked away on his computer and kept giving us options. Each option he offered we discussed cost and payments. Finally after many questions and finding out our needs Sam suggested a Ford Edge. It was most like the F J Cruiser and drove as smooth as a Ford Taurus. We took it for a test drive and were most pleased. Even on the return, Sam (our salesman) didn't give up. He offered another color to choose from. Overall we liked the first one better and negotiated that to terms. I liked that we worked with one person the entire time and didn't have all of that going back and forth with our salesman and some mysterious financial guru behind a glass wall.
