We drove two hours from Temple TX and the truck was ready for us to test drive right when we got there. What you see is what you get. Very Good overall experience- out of state purchase Upon locating the specific color and year-end model of truck that we wanted to purchase, which happened to be far away in Texas, we contacted Five Sta Upon locating the specific color and year-end model of truck that we wanted to purchase, which happened to be far away in Texas, we contacted Five Star Ford. Sam Limo was very helpful and a true gentleman. No hidden fees or games. Sam held the car for us as we took several days to make the journey with a one-way rental car. Sam even had a small paint repair made to the truck before we arrived and took the time to demonstrate the truck's electronic features. Overall, Sam Limo made the experience enjoyable and easy, two words that are not usually associated with car sales. We will definitely consider future purchases from our friend at Five Star Ford. More

Overall Experience: Disappointed NEW REVIEW: My overall buying experience was great with Five Star Ford but my nightmare started right after I drove my new (used) vehicle off their lo NEW REVIEW: My overall buying experience was great with Five Star Ford but my nightmare started right after I drove my new (used) vehicle off their lot. I immediately started noticing a shaking sensation when driving at low speeds and became increasingly more worried over time. After notifying Sam, my sales agent, he replied "I would schedule an appointment with a Hyundai dealer since you still have their factory warranty. Hope they will be able to fix it for you...". A very hands-off approach to helping someone who just bought a vehicle from you... After waiting 2 weeks for my Hyundai Service appointment, I was told today the transmission has to be completely replaced. Knowing all of this now, I would NOT have purchased this vehicle from Five Star Ford. Now I have to go through this annoying process of dealing with transmission replacement and hope/pray nothing else goes wrong in the future. This issue should've been caught by Five Star Ford's Service department before selling it off to someone who knows little to nothing about vehicles. ORIGINAL REVIEW: From start to finish, my car buying experience at Five Star Ford exceptional. Sam, the sales agent who assisted me was very prompt, pleasant, & professional. David "MIT" also made the finance and paperwork for my vehicle purchase super easy and hassle-free! Overall my experience was extremely pleasant.
