Great Customer Service When I went in Shana initially took care of me at 7:30a in the morning with a great smile and a great attitude. Started my day of good. She got all my information and got me on my way quickly. When my car was done she texted me and then started my car for me and introduced me to a new salesman. She always takes such good care of me. This is not my first stellar review of the Service Department at this dealership - the last one was February 2015 when I noted that over the last 8 ye This is not my first stellar review of the Service Department at this dealership - the last one was February 2015 when I noted that over the last 8 years I've had great experiences with both sales and service at Fairbanks Chevrolet and in the last several years they have really stepped up their game. Once again I have to point out that Shana Lindsay is a top-shelf Service Advisor that I would trust with my mother's car. She is very thorough in reviewing past service histories and advising you on what is needed - in this latest experience it was my 2009 Avalanche I bought at Fairbanks Chevrolet in 2014. A lot of 50K maintenance work was done along with some needed repairs in a time-efficient manner with good workmanship - and all at a reasonable price. A lot of people claim dealership service is expensive but I disagree based on my experience with Fairbanks Chevrolet - it's done right the first time and I have peace of mind that my truck is good as new! Keep up the good work guys and ladies! More
