I can call and get same day service. This is not a once in awhile thing. I have called multiple times and had my truck serviced the same day. I always expect to be told no- but it seems like the employees have more fun saying yes. And they look for little ways to do that. The service reps are always super nice and professional and eager to take care of customers. The work done on my vehicle is always done right the first time, the mechanics have earned my trust on the F-150 I purchased at Bozard, as well as both BMWs I own. 3 out of 4 visits were great I have used Bozard Quick Lane 4 times. I would have given a 5 star for the first 3 visits, since the first 3 times were perfect. Fast, courteous, and I have used Bozard Quick Lane 4 times. I would have given a 5 star for the first 3 visits, since the first 3 times were perfect. Fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. The 4th time was different, We scheduled a service, but also needed a front and rear brake job. We were told it would take about an extra hour for the brakes, so my wife decided to stay and wait (by shopping at the mall nearby). But it actually took 2 1/2 extra hours, so she had to sit and wait for an extra hour and a half. We would have made other plans if we had known about the real wait time. We also learned that part of the extra wait included a lunch break for the mechanic. As a good note, the Quick Lane Manager (John Douglas was made aware of the mistake and he offered to provide a free future service for our next one. This was a great gesture to make up for their mistake, and we appreciated his concern. Very professional and courteous. We accept the apology and will be back. More
