Good morning Elizabeth, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us regarding your recent visit. We understand the difference in price can be concerning. Based on your file, your first visit in 9/20 you received a Synthetic Oil change plus the oil filter. The total came out to be $74.17. On your most recent visit you received another Synthetic Oil Change plus Oil Filter and your total came to be $80.18. After you spoke with Cindy, we added on a 10% military discount which brought your total to $73.07. Recently, prices in oil and parts have gone up a few dollars. We hope this helps explain the difference in the pricing you received. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you, Mitchell CDJR

I have the receipt to prove it, I save all my receipts from what I get done to my jeep, it was $40 something dollars. I'm not worried about a few dollars. If I knew it was going to be $76 dollars I wouldn't of taken it to the shop.

I ordered Goodyear Wrangler white letter tires, When I ordered Goodyear Wrangler white letter tires, When they put them on they were completely black. I went to the service department and ask Rusty abou I ordered Goodyear Wrangler white letter tires, When they put them on they were completely black. I went to the service department and ask Rusty about the tires and he told me the picture of the tires that I looked at and ordered from was a generic picture. He should have told me the day that I ordered the tires that they would not be white Lettered however the picture is white Lettered.When I said something to him he ate like it offended him. So I left. And I won’t be back. More
