Each time I have had my F-250 Lariat serviced here, it has been quick and easy—no appointment necessary. And the Service Reps are competent and professional. Stewart was great, and saved me problems going forward by authorizing a new oil pan plug. Thx! When I went back in with some address amendment requests, I was again professionally served by a recently married lady whose name I don’t remember. Sorry! But she quickly updated my contact info, and did so with a great sense of humor!! I left with a smile on my face! Thanks again, Bozard! :). More

Efficient Service in Emergency Situation Had a flat that required a new tire. Notified Bozard at around 10:00 AM and had an appointment set for 1:00 PM, same day. Got the tire changed out (could not be repaired) and an oil change. Was out of there by 2:00 PM. Can't get better than that, in my opinion.
