Tom and Jeff both assisted in my finding the right vehicle. I had a couple of models in mind and they showed me all the features of the vehicles so I could make my decision and when the right color c vehicle. I didn't get the name of the finance manager but he was thorough and expediant in handling the paperwork which was appreciated. Tom gave me a good intro lesson to the technology and offered future assistance which I may need. My experience with Bozard Ford was very good. I only had a brief exposure, but the showroom was very nice, all the staff were nice and the business manager was very efficicent and flexible to my needs. Please note that I went to Bozard Ford because of Tom Krell, who is basically becoming my go to Sales Guy. This is the third car I have bought from Tom (Lotus, used BMS 328i, and used BMW645ci). I searched out Tom after he left World Imports, because he listens, knows my likes and my families needs (which vary from my likes, of course). I will buy again from Bozard Ford, predominantly, because I will buy again from Tom. More

A breath of fresh air! I purchased a new F350 Dually from Tom Krell and it was all done over the internet, I drove over 2 hours from Orlando for this purchase. These guys are friendly and and very helpful anD very sincere. No surprises and no add ons. They did what they said they would do and that today is an exception. I have purchased a new Ford truck on average every 4 years since 1985 and this was one of the best experiences I have had. As a bussiness owner myself I can say they do bussiness right! In addition I am a very discriminating consumer and customer service is a pet peave of mine and these guys get it, do it and I would reccomend them to anyone desiring a true, easy, fair and freindley purchase experience. My profession is automotive related and in the late 80's early 90's I was the technical advisor and chairperson of the Ford Consumer Advisory Board (FCAB) here in Florida, and I can say these guys really live up to what Ford strives in it's dealership experience. Everything from the pricing, trade in and taxes etc. was provided to me up front and prior to me arriving at the Dealership. What a time savings! When I arrived all was ready and Mike Hanley the finance director was awesome as well. Mike understands finance and how best to structure a loan for bussiness customers. He was very knowlegeable about the product and the warranty. He took time to explain several extended warranty offers and other protection packages but was not overbearing or obnoxious. A real fair experience. Mike's only fault is that he is a GATOR fan. Go WAR EAGLES! I contacted Tom via the internet for a price on a 2011 Expedition, his prompt response, honesty, and friendly demeanor was very much appreciated. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Tom with the expedition waiting by the door for my inspection and test drive. True to his word all pricing was exactly what was presented to me on the phone and internet. We quickly negotiated a fair value for my trade and closed the deal. AJ Miller, financing, did a great job explaining the available warranties and maintenance programs. AJ was instrumental in finding an interest rate lower than my Credit Union’s rate. I appreciate Tom’s and AJ’s professional, personable and caring attitudes.We were well past closing time and they never tried to hurry me through the process, their concern was to ensure I understood everything and was happy. I normally don't take the time to fill out reviews because honestly most of the time the merchants wouldn't want my review. I'm taking the time to write this one because I feel that Tom Krell was an all around great salesperson. Tom was a no pressure type of salesman (which is impossible to find these days) but I think is extremely important. It shows how much he believes in the cars that he's selling and doesn't need to pressure people into buying them which leads to buyer's remorse which leads to a bad taste left in your mouth. He was friendly and professional and addressed every question I had quickly and adequately. I felt the whole dealership had a team mentality and everyone tries to help the customer. I want to add also that I am not the easiest type of customer to deal with, I am extremely meticulous and yet I would recommend Tom and Bozard. More
