After deciding on a price, we had an enjoyable visit with the finance manager, Tut Edwards, and then drove off in our new Edge. We appreciate William's integrity and his patience with us. Excelent Customer Service For the past two weeks we have been shopping for a truck. After comparing several we decided on the Ford Lariat and went to Five Star Ford in North Ri For the past two weeks we have been shopping for a truck. After comparing several we decided on the Ford Lariat and went to Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. As everyone knows, car shopping and price negotiating can be very stressful and frustrating, however, we had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. We spoke with salesperson William May and he was very knowledgeable about Ford vehicles. We asked many questions and he never once said he had to look it up, ask or double check on it. We told him what we wanted and he immediately found exactly what we asked for. When we began negotiating the price, he was very honest and did his best to get us at the price and monthly payment we wanted. We continued the finishing process in the finance department with Freddy Valdovinos. It was already past closing time and yet the staff continued to be very helpful and not bothered by the time at all. Freddie made us feel right at home and began joking around. He had such a positive attitude even after a long day at work. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. He also went above and beyond to get the best interest rate for us. Afterwards, we met up again with Mr. May. By this time, it was well after closing and yet he took the time to sinc our phones and explain all the details/features on the truck. After this experience, we are seriously thinking about returning to Five Star Ford to trade in our Honda Pilot for a Ford Explorer. When we do, we will definitely request to work with William May and Freddie Valdovinos again. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE getting my F150 I initially came in 5 weeks ago to learn about the F 150. I had my former Chevy truck for 5 years and was in the market for a new vehicle. William May spent close to 90 mins with me showing me vehicles, answering my questions even though he knew I wasn't buying that day. He followed up with me promptly and appropriately and didn't bother me. When i was ready to pull the trigger and knew exactly what i wanted- William listened and delivered. He found my exact vehicle at a dealership 300+ miles away and had it delivered in less than 48 hours.
