I'm from Michigan and was visiting in Jacksonville and my daughter suggested we go here to see if I could have any luck finding the car I wanted. Well when we approached the dealership a nice young man greeted us and I described the vehicle I wanted. We did two test drives and they did have the MKX that fit the bill. I was leery about cross state transactions but they facilitated it with no problem at least on my end. They kept me informed and were very gracious. I observed others in the showroom and this was not a fluke. It is no wonder this is such a successful dealership. The man who delivered the car said this dealership was meticulous about everything, I had great confidence in Zach and Mr. Krell is an excellent manager and I have dealt with many businesses over the years and I would highly recommend this dealership and this salesperson. More

Zach Gibbs was our sales agent and was very patient with my wife and got her the wheels she wanted for the vehicle. I came back several weeks later and purchased a new F-150, Zach was great again getting me want I needed for my trade in and finding me the right truck. I came back for a bed liner, window tint and leveling kit. The prices were cheaper or same as other places so I had them all done at once. Great job on all the work. While I was picking up my truck I found new takeoff wheels and tires from a truck that they were accessorizing. I purchased them and had them installed while I waited in less than an hour. No one was stalking me, no hard sell, finance manager courteous and knowledge…I would give an extremely enthusiastic recommendation. Specifically I found Zack, while younger in age, knowledgeable and mature - and he wasn't hunting me down to make a sale. Rick as a finance manager was one of the best I have dealt with over the years, transparent and personable. Only downside - and it wasn't for me - was I popped in to ask a question when Zack was out. I basically asked a question and shook hands with another person who then staked a 50% claim of the sale - that I didn't care for. For a Ford in North FL - I would highly recommend. More
