Came in with a pre approval with our eyes set one a specific vehicle. Fredy had it parked right out front and was standing by ready for us to arrive. We took it for a drive and he broke down the features for us. Alex quickly came by from the sales desk to verify our payments and if there was anything else needed. Jim was quick and to the point.
