What can I say? This lady was completely honest and upfront. Worked out a good deal with with me and my wife got us into a brand new 2026 Honda Civic.. She was very respectful. Listen to our request and kept it real with us so if you’re looking for a car, ask for her she’s the best.
It was nice that I was able to get my car back the same day, even though I was told that it might not be ready until the next day. I appreciate the efficiency.

Easy, helpful, I was taken in quick even though I didn't have an appointment. Wasn't super fast though. I was told 2 hours but waited almost 3. Also I wasn't allowed to test drive the Motocompacto, and apparently this store charges way more than the MSRP for it
I had a great experience at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore thanks to George Ragoza (chatgpt://generic-entity?number=0). He helped get my windshield repaired quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, my car was returned fully detailed, which was a really nice touch and went above expectations. George was professional, helpful, and kept me informed throughout. Excellent customer service all around—I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail. Highly recommend working with him if you visit!
