I had a great buying experience with Christina. She was friendly, communicative, and transparent throughout the entire buying process. My only complaint is the fact that I had a really sloppy car wash. There were water spots on the car and the windows were cleaned poorly. The team that preps new cars needs to step up their commitment to the guest experience. I don't put any of this on Christina. The purchase experience with her was superb.
