I can't speak more highly of my experience at Norm Reeves CERRITOS. Christy was extremely helpful ensuring that we got just the vehicle we were looking for. She was attentive, extremely responsive, and was thorough in explaining all the details of the vehicle & purchase!! Whereas some people are concerned about just getting a transaction done, the folks at Norm Reeves Cerritos have an attention to detail. As someone who is a stickler for details, this is much appreciated. These same accolades can be said for Christian in Finance as well.

They're great. I've been going there since 1999. I drive close to an hour to get my car serviced. I think that's says it all.
It was such an efficient process and the service on my automobile was completed before the estimated time given to me by the technician who checked me in that day.
