I recently ordered parts here, not realizing it was not the store in San Diego that I live next to. I called the parts department a few minutes ago, and the guy that helped me was the best Customer service I’ve ever had. He was on top of. It knew my order off the top of his head, and refunded me immediately. I wish every interaction in life was as pleasant as dealing with Cerritos parts department!
We could not get our vehicle registered without recall paperwork from the dealer. We brought in the vehicle, but they did not provide us the paper to show the dmv. We had to back and get the form, then back to get our registration for a 3rd time
