Found the issue with low tire pressure light. With in the service tech also found issue with ac unit. Refrigerant was refilled and part was fixed which I was informed was still under warranty.

My Service Advisor was Michael Barr. Michael was friendly as he made eye contact with me and smiled. Clarified with me why I was bringing in my car. Michael didn’t rush me out; he was efficient. I had brought in my car the previous week and appreciated his customer service. Because of this, I requested his assistance this last time.
