Service was done within the promised time frame. The car was returned to me quickly
Thanh was great. Friendly, inviting and knowledgeable. After receiving my car, I opened the hood and noticed all the clips to a panel were missing and a clip from the left and right eyebrow were missing as well. I spoke to thanh and he had the team give me the missing push clips. This is unacceptable for me having paid so much money, for the techs not to replace simple clips. My right turn signal light was also not working after inspecting my car, so I had to replace that as well.
Efficient and quick. Julie was quite thorough and explained everything in great detail. Communication was efficient with texts.
