Loved that it didn’t take long for the service my service writer was great
She is very helpful. All i want from the car she provided. She is really the best i will make sure if i have a gamily or friend wants to buy a car i will make sure to recomment her.
Excellent experience I think this is my sixth car that I've gotten from Honda. I've never had a bad experience there. I've only had good experiences. The staff is amazing. We love going to Cerritos Honda. We definitely recommend it to family and friends.
Best dealership experience. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. My car was ready before the time they promised it would be ready
I went it to check the tire pressure on my tires. The service tech went above and beyond by making sure there were no nails and even checked out all the fluids The only thing is that I'm missing one of the air valve cap. Nothing in this life is perfect. Above all everything was great
Leo did the best to help me resolve my issue and he was fair in not charging because he didn't find anything wrong with the vehicle.
