Leo did the best to help me resolve my issue and he was fair in not charging because he didn't find anything wrong with the vehicle.

Fixed 1/2 recall no solution on 2nd recall There is recall on civic that doesn't apply to my vehicle other dealership made status change request and resolved my issue
