Came in for a noise I heard under the hood of the car. Jonathan came out to greet me and explained the process of checking the car. Gave me a call about the issue and how long it would take to be fixed.
Norm Reeves has taken amazing care of my last 3 vehicles. My 13 year old Fit runs remarkably well because of that care.
It was good. No problems. Pleasant They did everything in a timely manner. Good experience.
He was extremely helpful and checked additional items that I didn't think needed to be checked which included my ac which they found a leak and were able to fit it.
