Rod Hennessey, Dave Pope and Chris Jordan (The financial officer) form the best team I have encountered in my 30 year career of buying Toyotas. Even though I was exactly specific as to what car I wanted, they ordered it for me and took the risk that I would buy it elsewhere. Both salesmen, Dave Pope and Rod Hennessey were informative, patient and completely honest in their disclosures. In contrast to other Toyota dealerships, Chris Jordan did not push one inch into buying extra features that I did not want. Excellent trade in price for my trade in.
