Brian took such good care of me and got my car back on the road after a problem with a recall. I was so impressed with the service department and the cleanliness. They even provided snacks, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. As a woman, service on your car is scary and we often feel we aren’t heard or taken advantage of. That was not my experience at Paul Moak at all. I’m scheduling basic service soon so they can take care of my car on a regular basis.
