What Others Say

Another smooth transaction at Paul Moak Subaru, worked with Brian in service and as always excellent work.

Very friendly staff. They explained everything in detail to where I understood. Sat down and answered all my questions and did not rush me

I visited this dealership a couple of times before getting my car. The process was relatively smooth. Michael Keeton was my initial salea representstive. He was helpful, gave me options, but didn't push. He followed up several times with me. When I was ready to buy, he wasn't going to be in the office, but let me in good hands. David was very friendly and took care of showing me the cars I was interested in. Then, Daniel came and helped me decide. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I made the mostake of leaving my new car parked in the lot since I didn't want to drive it through Jackson. I had to call Michael to get me help, and Daniel came back after hours on a Satueday to help me. Great service. The lounge area was clean with plenty of snacks and drinks. I live equidistan to Mobile, Covington or Jackson. I would recommend buying a Subaru here anytime.

We have had good experiences with the buying process. We bought our Outback a year ago and love it.

It was all great until the first routine service converted by warranty. Took 2 hours to get an oil change. I was stuck in a town 1.5 hours from my house. No way to go anywhere. That was a long time for just an oil change. Yes, I had an appointment.

Your service department is the reason I continue to buy Subaru cars! They are super and I have upmost respect for my service manager Morgan. He is always available to help his customers! Hats off to the folks in the maintenance department.
