Professional, friendly, efficient staff, clean exterior and grounds. The customer lounge is clean, well stocked with snacks, water and coffee. Several roomy desk bays with electrical outlets for private laptop/paperwork. Will be back for an oil change from 2 hours away!
This was our second Subaru purchase at Paul Moak Subaru. An Outback for my wife and recently an Ascent for myself. We’ve been really impressed with the engineering, handling and safety features of the vehicles. Chip Burns and the team were great to work with on both purchases! They were very attentive to any questions and are very knowledgeable on the cars and we were able to make informed and fair decisions on our purchases. Routine service is important on any car and we have been impressed with the Paul Moak Subaru Service Department as well. We’re enjoying our Subaru Outback and Ascent!
Everyone was very informative and kind. My sales rep Johnnie Westerfield went over all the safety features. I was at the dealership just to check out the Crosstrek but ended up purchasing it the same day.

I have taken my Subaru Outback to Paul Moak twice now for repairs. Their customer service is polite, informative, and quick to schedule an appointment. Both times I got in the exact day I needed to, I am coming from out of town. Both times I was informed of every step they were taking. Their waiting area is very comfortable with an assortment of coffees, teas, snacks, and reading materials. I appreciate their hard, reliable, and prompt work.
This is my 3rd purchase from Paul Moak. One new and two used and I continue to be more than satisfied.
