I live in Little Rock Arkansas and I was driving to Gulfport to attend a graduation. My dad also fell at home hours earlier and was in the hospital. I heard a loud knocking under the car along the suspension. I diverted my trip and stopped to get it checked out. My service technician Brian was very nice and knew I was in a hurry. He, along with the service technician, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in under two hours. Surprisingly, I wasn’t charged anything. I fully expected to pay but I was told since it was an easy solution, it was free of charge. I cannot recommend the dealership enough! I am very pleased and appreciative.
