Absolutely zero communication while they had my car. Not one person answered my calls to check in. This was the absolutely worse experience I have ever had with my car in service. Initially they estimated 3 hours, 5 hours tops. It has now been 16 hours with not one word. And I repeat, NO ONE answers calls. Not even the concierge or my sales associate ( I bought my car here) were able to make headway. Incredibly unprofessional. I will not be back. Certainly not even to buy another car.

The salesman B...t was patient, professional, and so friendly. We arranged our own financing, yet they worked hard to match our rate. We used our GM employee discount and had a trade vehicle. The service staff serviced our trade vehicle and we were provided a rental car.
