I purchased a 2024 Tremor F350 to tow my 27' Airstream. I thought it was overkill but the truck has been awesome; best truck I have ever owned.Our Sales consultant, Mark Philbrook was excellent. However, I just received a recall notice telling me it is dangerous to tow because of a software issue that may disconnect the trailer brake. This is my first service issue with the truck. Not good. When I called service today, April 20th, I was told I could make an appointment....in SEPTEMBER. That's right, 5 months from now. I could also drop it off and they would work on it "when they could get to it". I asked if this was weeks or months and I could not get an answer. This is unacceptable for a one year old vehicle that cost north of $100K. Do better Kendall. For this fact alone I could not recommend this dealer. If you sell cars you need to service them within a reasonable time. UPDATE: Kendall folks saw my review and called me. David Citron in Service was friendly, apologetic, and very responsive to my concerns. He told me to come in immediately and have the recall addressed. As problematic as the initial response, this step was above and beyond. And much appreciated. I rate this solution A+ and change my rating.

The sales person (Ian) was helpful with the sale and trade in. The entire process was relatively quick and efficient. We were present with all the usual extras and there was no pressure when we declined all upgrades. Ian walked us through all the great features the maverick provides and we are very appreciative.
