I’m a 64 year-old disabled veteran. I bought a 2018 Dodge charger scat pack with around 72,000 miles , with an extended warranty and maintenance program. Within six weeks started having problems with the transmission and the engine light come on took it to the service department number eight call packet went bad. They said they could not duplicate the problem. Understand I have a warranty I spoke with the owner Mr. Boswell today. I’m just a common person and that gentleman took. I’m guessing 45 minutes or so of this time going over all my problems asking very relevant questions and showing upmost, professional and caring attitude. I hope this can be resolved. I believe just with the conversation we can get something done either way it was a Pleasure talking to someone who’s old school and listens to the customer.
I started working with Michelle & she was so very helpful with 0 pressure. I reached out yesterday to test drive the vehicle & ask if she would be at work. She was not there but kindly referred me to Jeff to make the process convenient for us which I appreciate. Jeff was hands down the best salesman I have ever worked with while buying a car. He was patient, fun, personable & very knowledgeable. I left there feeling like I made a good decision & got the best deal. The finance manager, Jake was also very kind & helpful. He thoroughly explained everything & worked hard to get us the best deal. My overall experience was amazing! I’ve been a customer & done business with SBH for years. Car buying shouldn’t be stressful & unpleasant. Michelle, Jeff and Jake all made it stress free & pleasant & I’m very thankful for that! 😊
We came all the way from Knoxville to buy a new acura and our sales rep Isaiah was amazing and really made things a smooth transaction. First time in history we were not mislead by a dealership. Everything was quick and smooth and he got us on the road within an hour.
Hi my name is Derek and I am from Atlanta Georgia. I was looking at a 2018 Golf R listed on their site, and was in talks with a sales person for a week about the car. The day before I was supposed to come out and look at it, I revived a message saying it was sold. Very very poor customer service and I would not recommend buying a vehicle from here
